Today, I am excited to share with you a new feature on the blog, Boho Living Room – Mood Muse! I create Mood Boards for clients as a part of my color consulting in addition to design work and wanted to share some of the inspiration for my readers on the blog as well. Mood Boards help inspire clients to begin to see how their space can be transformed with a few small changes. Even more, they can dream up space they truly love.
Mood Muse
The board featured here was created for a clean, modern space. I brought in some natural elements and also a touch of color to add to the boho living room. It really is a space that I could live in. Greens are a great color to use in a room, especially if you want to rest and relax in it.
The paint color featured on the mood board is Winter Orchard from Benjamin Moore. It is very light green and adds just a hint of colors to the wall. This living room featured in House Beautiful is a great space to use the color as well. There is a ton of light, and the paint color is so subtle. Because of that, it helps the walls not look so stark white.
Kendall Charcoal
Kendall Charcoal is another great color to complement Winter Orchard. It has a bit of green in it as well so the colors play well together. I would suggest putting this color on the ceiling as I did for the dining room below, though you can also use it on an accent wall.
