I started by checking out Ikea to find the perfect desk and was fortunate to find this large, white, melamine tabletop on clearance. I am always looking for a deal and I grabbed this one for under $20! It is the Linnmon white
Next, I found the base for the desk. One side had all drawers and another is a file cabinet with drawers. Both are different versions of the Alex drawer unit also from Ikea.
I found the artwork on Etsy which had the option to download and print. This type of artwork is an affordable way to add color and style to your space. I purchased them from BlueSkyWhimsy’s shop. The hardest part of choosing art is deciding which you like because there are so many great options out there. The frames for the artwork are from Michaels.
I love these cork boards I found on Amazon! You can find a similar one for sale here. I am always using notes and color swatches so these cork boards from Craft Your Space are a great office tool. I found this chair and I am in love! It is so soft and comfortable. I found it at Costco, and if you’re a member too, this is the Uline chair. It moves up and down, which is good for me since I’m so short.
I saved the best for last: paint color! I wanted to get away from gray and add some warmth to
